Construction
The TF Draper Company is one of the few shops building its own custom wood garage doors entirely on-premises, and entirely by hand. Construction is done with clear, vertical grain cedar, fir, and premium-grade Alder, along with many other sustainable wood species.

The mills that supply lumber to the TF Draper Company practice green logging, and only cut sustainable, renewable forest products. No wood products are harvested from the rainforest.
In addition, the TF Draper Company practices a stringent recycling program. The company purchases recycled paper products; recycles all steel, plastic, glass and paper used in the course of doing business; and recycles in its entirety every single old door that is replaced. The company's truck fleet is also scheduled and maintained for optimum fuel efficiency.
Installation
Whether you’ve purchased a garage door for a new building or are replacing a door on an existing one, company-trained personnel will ensure your door is installed for proper fit and function. Local installations are performed exclusively by personnel with years of industry experience and who are trained and certified by the TF Draper Company. For garage doors shipped outside the local service area, installation only by qualified service providers is recommended.
